The apprehension many shop owners felt as most of the industry went online is understandable. More incredible still are those who have embraced this new way of doing business, effectively growing their customer base. We have watched those businesses flourish.
We wanted to let you know that beginning with our Treats for My Boo One-Day Event, Kimberbell will no longer be providing instructional videos for event projects.
Why?
We began making project instruction videos during the Covid-19 pandemic as a way to help you more easily host events in a challenging time. However, now that our event program is back in full swing, we’re pleased to turn all class instruction back to you!
There’s nothing better than personal interaction, and you are who customers want to turn to for guidance and support. Our full-color, step-by-step instructions will continue having everything you need to effectively teach event projects.
We’re confident this change will allow you to more fully connect with event attendees and engage with them in positive ways. As you establish yourself as the expert, these relationships of trust will lead to shop loyalty and increased sales!
