Materials Needed
Cassie's Pro Tips
- Clip the excess stabilizer away so it doesn't get trapped under the hoop.
- Clean up the back side before taping the bag together.
- Use fabric for the appliques (not another material like felt).
- Use sand to weigh down the luminaria if it's going outside.

Reimagined
Who remembers the quilted photo album covers from the 1980s and 1990s? (I do! And I have several on my shelves . . .) Kim decided to create a new-and-improved version. 😀
