4.12 End Consumer Refund & Return Policy
Physical Product: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase made directly from Kimberbell.com, you may request a return within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Products eligible for return must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact Kimberbell Customer Care through our contact form or by phone at 435.915.6741 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned items must be shipped to:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of return delivery.
Once a returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 to 10 business days after receipt of the return for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
Damaged Products: If your order arrives with damaged contents, we will replace the damaged item(s). If a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a refund for the specific item(s). Please note that the entire box will not be replaced unless all contents are damaged. Photo confirmation may be required. Please do not dispose of packaging, as it may be required to file a shipping claim. Damage to the shipping box alone does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal (Physical Goods): If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), you have a legal right of withdrawal for purchases of physical goods.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the date you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify Kimberbell of your decision to withdraw within this fourteen (14) day period. After notifying us, you will have an additional fourteen (14) days to return the goods to us.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods when exercising your right of withdrawal.
Conformity of Goods: Consumers in the EEA are entitled to receive goods that conform to the contract of sale. Products must match their description, be fit for their intended purpose, and meet applicable legal standards of quality and performance. If a product does not conform to these requirements, consumers may be entitled to remedies under applicable consumer protection laws.
Order Cancellation Prior to Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact Kimberbell Customer Care at 435.915.6741 as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests submitted before shipment.
Pricing, Taxes, Duties, and Shipping Charges: Before completing your purchase, Kimberbell will display the product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other fees collected by Kimberbell.
For international orders, import duties, customs fees, VAT, brokerage fees, and similar charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated. International shipments are generally provided on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Additional customs or import charges may be due upon delivery.
Withdrawal Rights and Digital Products: Certain products and services offered by Kimberbell may not be eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or withdrawal rights once purchased, including digital content that is delivered electronically.
Where required by applicable law, including for consumers residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), Kimberbell obtains customer acknowledgment and consent during checkout regarding the immediate performance, delivery, or availability of digital content and other applicable products or services. By completing a purchase and providing the required consent at checkout, you acknowledge that any applicable right of withdrawal may end upon purchase, delivery, access, activation, or other performance of the product or service, as disclosed during checkout and permitted by applicable law.
Accordingly, digital products, including files made available through your Kimberbell account or Digital Library, are non-refundable once purchased, delivered, accessed, activated, or otherwise made available to you.
If a digital file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise defective, please contact Kimberbell Customer Care for assistance.
Retailer Purchases and Code Redemptions: We cannot accommodate requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges for purchases made through retailers, distributors, event organizers, quilt shops, or other third-party sellers outside of Kimberbell.com, including certified event kits.
For products purchased from a retail partner that include a redemption code for digital content, Kimberbell is not the merchant of record for the original transaction. Any refund request must be directed to the retailer or original point of purchase.
We value our relationships with our retail partners and have confidence in their customer support teams to address and resolve any issues. For assistance with purchases made outside of Kimberbell.com, please contact the retailer from whom the product was purchased.
