Donation Information
Don’t forget to check your local hospitals! They often take handmade blankets to give to patients. Child Life Specialists work with the Pediatric and Newborn Intensive Care Units to provide comfort to kids, babies, and their families in the hospital.

Project Linus provides handmade blankets to children 0-18 in the United States who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need. Donations go to kids and babies who are experiencing serious illness, trauma, abuse, or natural disasters. |
Blankets will be distributed by a local chapter. Preferred size is 38 x 44”. You can also request kits from Project Linus headquarters. |

Donations go to families staying in the Ronald McDonald Houses—away from home while someone in the family is undergoing medical treatment. |

Handmade quilts go into backpacks provided to wounded-in-combat support hospitals. |
Preferred size is between 36 x 36” and 45 x 45” because these quilts are put into backpacks. |

Quilts of Valor are to be large enough to cover an average-sized adult. The preferred size is approximately 60 x 80.” Minimum size is 55 x 65” and maximum size is 72 x 90”. |
