Through the Digital Dealer
Exclusives link on kimberbell.com, you’ll simply purchase the number of
single-user design licenses you want to distribute. (Again, this can be as few
or as many as you want.) Once you’ve purchased the single-user licenses, you can
then assign each one to a particular customer through their email address. Your
customers will then receive an email saying that their new design, purchased
from your shop, is available to download. After receiving this notification,
your customer will download their design by:

1. Opening the email from Kimberbell, clicking Download Now, then logging
   into their kimberbell.com account.
2. Clicking My Account and then on Download.
3. Selecting the design and downloading to a USB.

From their kimberbell.com account, your customer will also be able to see the
name of your shop and a link with your contact information so they can reach out
to you for assistance. You may begin purchasing single-user design licenses as
soon as each license becomes available. (Enrolled shops will have made available
to them the sample files one month before each design’s release.) One
single-user license should be purchased for each person who will be using the
design. Our user-friendly portal will help you track purchases, search your
history, and more. Note: As soon as the single-user license is assigned to the
customer, they will be able to immediately access the design, so please plan
accordingly! Additionally, during this process, you and your customers will be
required to accept the DDE Terms and Conditions in order to receive the program
benefits.

Single-user design licenses
disclosed at the time of purchase, and you must purchase one license per
customer to share the design. After purchasing the licenses from Kimberbell, you
may set your own pricing for the end consumer.

The license to use the
designs does not expire (provided the license is not breached) and the
availability of the assigned design on the platform will exist for as long as
the program exists. You can return to the portal and purchase additional
single-user licenses for each design over and over
again.

A
brick-and-mortar shop in good standing with Kimberbell that has applied and been
accepted for the program may participate by registering for the program and
paying the non-refundable deposit. Naturally, Kimberbell reserves its right to
reject applicants for this opportunity in its discretion. To participate in DDE,
there is a nonrefundable sign-up fee for each calendar year. Upon sign up, your
shop will be listed in our Shop Locator as a Digital Dealer Exclusive
participant, and you’ll receive access to marketing materials, PowerPoint
presentations, and one free design license for each month’s project solely for
your own personal use and not for distribution. This free license will be made
available so you can create samples. Note: If you join the DDE program later in
the year and pay the sign-up fee, your registration gives you access to all
designs that were released previously. For example, if you sign up in June,
you’ll be able to access the designs for January, February, March, April, May,
June, and July; then you’ll receive one design per month through the remainder
of the year. There is no discount off the sign-up fee for enrolling mid-year.

If your shop is
set up as a parent/child shop (meaning that all financial transactions run
through one login/account), you’ll only need to register once with the deposit.
However, if each of your shops has a separate login/financial account, then
you’ll need to register and pay the fee for each
location.

Simply go to
kimberbell.com and click on the Digital Dealer Exclusives link at the top. Our
step-by-step prompts will guide you through the whole process. During this
process, you will be required to accept the DDE Terms and Conditions in order to
receive the program benefits. There may be a slight delay as you are evaluated
for participation in the program. Once approved, you can
begin!

Once each single-user design license
has been purchased, there will be no refunds given. However, shops may reassign
a license as long as the customer has not downloaded it. Once downloaded, a
single-user design may not be
reassigned.

We do not accept
returns. However, you can create your own return policy for your
shop.

The following is included with your accepted Digital Dealer Exclusives
registration fee:

• Professional images of the upcoming projects.
• A Social Marketing Kit with a web slider, a Facebook header, and social
  graphics
• Sample files of each design (available one month before release so you
  can make samples)
• A fabric cut list

DDE designs
include machine embroidery files and digital instructions. The program was
thoughtfully structured to include projects that highlight new techniques and
embellishments with varying degrees of difficulty. Additionally, some of the
projects will come with an alternate design and/or be available in multiple hoop
sizes.

Kimberbell will provide marketing
materials for you to use, including:

• The Digital Dealer Exclusives logo
• Professional images for each project
• A Social Marketing Kit with a web slider, a Facebook header, and social
  graphics for each project.

We will also send a Digital Dealer Exclusives email to our entire customer list
announcing the upcoming month’s projects and directing Kimberbell fans to our
Shop Locator so they can find participating
shops.

Most designs can be
done in a 5×7 hoop, and some will include additional sizes as
well.

No, but you may choose
to purchase Digital Dealer Exclusives Embellishment Bundles from kimberbell.com.
These bundles will include enough embellishments, blanks, and stabilizer for 10
projects.

Digital Dealer
Exclusives is for brick-and-mortar shops only. If you do not have a
brick-and-mortar shop, but only have an online presence, then you may not
participate. However, if you have a brick-and-mortar shop, and you have an
online presence, you may participate in the Digital Dealer Exclusives. Eligible
stores may not deliver the designs themselves online, but may advertise that
customers can email, call or sign up in person to enroll or purchase a
single-user license, and you may advertise and collect money on your online
proprietary website for your service of using the Kimberbell Website platform to
enroll or purchase a single-user license for a
customer.

If a customer is using the design,
including making a DDE project in your shop, they must first purchase a
single-user license. (Please see DDE Terms & Conditions.) You may not copy
and distribute the licenses in any other
manner.

In order to distribute DDE designs
to your customers, Kimberbell must have their email address. We assure you that
your customers information will ONLY be used for this
purpose.

No, the DDE products are not
allowed to be sold on online marketplaces (including, but not limited to,
Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, and Walmart Marketplace). As stated in
the prohibited uses section of the of the DDE Terms and Conditions, the
publication, resale, licensing, sub-licensing, renting, giving away,
transferring, transmission, broadcasting, distribution or redistribution of any
such file (or part thereof) in any format is
prohibited.

DDE
enrollment fees are
non-refundable.
