Applique of the Month 

Type: Monthly Subscription, Doorstep OR Digital (Choose One)* 

Applique of the Month includes a darling seasonal design for each month! Designs come in two sizes and are quick to stitch and very giftable.

Our doorstep option includes materials to make a festive table runner, while the digital version includes the design files and instructions only. (Learn more HERE!)

The Bella Box

Type: Biannual Subscription, Doorstep*

The Bella Box™ is your ultimate machine embroidery experience! Contents include 5-6 projects, complete fabric kits, darling embellishments, and so much more.

Enjoy product samples, collector’s items, bonus designs, and full-color instructions! The Bella Box is delivered twice per year (April and October) and includes a variety of fun techniques.

Hoop Studio

Type: Monthly Subscription, Doorstep Only

Hoop Studio is a doorstep subscription that includes the fabrics, embellishments, designs, and full-color instructions you need to make a unique project each month.

Projects are highly creative and include fresh techniques! With Hoop Studio, it’s never been easier (or more fun) to explore the many things your embroidery machine can do.

• Price: $33/month + shipping

• Bills on the 20th of each month

Perfectly Pieced

Type: Digital Subscription Only

Perfectly Pieced is how you can create perfect quilt blocks every time! Receive embroidery files (in four sizes) for a unique block AND full-color PDF instructions for a specific project every month. 

You’ll also get exclusive background quilting files, access to your Digital Library, and instructions for five projects: a stocking, tote, trivet, and two sizes of pincushion!

Collectible Christmas

*Retired Subscription*

Collectible Christmas was a subscription we offered for three years, which included  Holiday Village, Sing Noel, and Return to Bethlehem projects.

I was unsure of whether or not to include Collectible Christmas here. However, since we still offer embroidery files and instructions as digital downloads, I thought I would!

Pictured above are projects from Return to Bethlehem. Although the subscription is no longer available, you can purchase each project separately HERE in the ME Time Store.

Part Two: Managing Subscriptions

Now that you understand what we offer, let's talk about how subscriptions are managed. (And they're very easily managed!) 

Project Previews

We always send a preview of the upcoming month's projects (or, in the case of The Bella Box, the upcoming box projects). That way, you can know what to expect!

These previews are on our website (as shown above) AND sent to your email. If you see a project that isn't your cup of tea, you can always skip that month! 

Skipping or Canceling

If you're worried that you're locked into your subscription with no way out, do not fret. Skipping or canceling is easy! (Although trust me . . .you won't want to!)

For example, to skip The Bella Box, all you'd have to do is log into your account, go to your subscription, and click Edit then Skip Order, like this:

 

You're always in charge of your subscriptions! 

Digital Library

Here's the other great thing about subscriptions: all of your embroidery files are permanently stored in your Digital Library on Kimberbell.com!

This is wonderful, because it means we'll keep track of your files for you. Even if you cancel a subscription, your previously-purchased files will be in your Digital Library!

New Website Migration

Now, as many of you know, Kimberbell launched our new website last month. This means that everyone's files had to migrate from the old site to the new . . .which has taken time.

There were a LOT of files. And please remember, our goal is to help you. Always!

So, here's the breakdown of each subscription and what you need to know about switching from the old to the new sites:

Applique of the Month

Because it's a new subscription, Applique of the Month wasn't ever on the old site so we didn't have to migrate any files. 

As I mentioned above, we sold out of doorstep subscriptions for January, but will be adding more as the months go on. Look for spots to open up and subscribe!

Note: To switch from a digital to a doorstep subscription, you'll need to first unsubscribe from the digital and then subscribe to the doorstep. Subscribe HERE! 

Hoop Studio

Subscribers to Hoop Studio had files migrate from our old website to our new. These should all be done by now and your Digital Library should have your files.

If, for some reason, you are missing a file or experiencing problems, please click HERE and fill out the form so we can help you! 

Remember, Hoop Studio is available for doorstep only. We do have some spots open, so click HERE to subscribe!

Perfectly Pieced

Perfectly Pieced subscriptions were more difficult to migrate to the new site because it's one of our oldest subscriptions . . .which means there were WAY more files to move!

As I write this post, we are still working on migrating everyone's older Perfectly Pieced files to the new Digital Library. We appreciate your patience--they will be done soon!

The Bella Box

Bella Box subscribers will need to make sure they have a current payment method on file and resume their subscription. 

Please take a couple of minutes to log in to your Kimberbell.com account and make sure your Bella Box subscription has been resumed. Here's how:

1. Go to Kimberbell.com and log in to your account.
2. Click on Subscriptions at the top of your screen.
3. Click Edit and choose Resume Subscription in the dropdown menu.
4. Click Confirm.
5. A window will open and ask if you want to resume your subscription. Click Confirm.
6. Go to your profile in the upper right corner of your screen. Select Profile in the dropdown menu.
7. If not listed, add a payment method to your account, along with any information that’s missing. 
8. Click Save.

Collectible Christmas

Remember that Collectible Christmas is retired now, but you can still buy digital files if you’d like in the ME Time Store. 

We do have some Return to Bethlehem physical kits left (while supplies last), but Sing Noel and Holiday Village are available as digital bundles only. 

Subscribers to Collectible Christmas should have all of their files in their Digital Library by now. If not, please click HERE to fill out the form!
