Chill Out is a snarky applique for a variety of uses! Stitch the pennant design with soft Embroidery Felt trimmed in raw-edge applique and surround it with satin stitch starbursts. Available in three sizes for 4x4, 5x7, and 6x10 hoops, Chill Out is perfect for use with Kimberbell blanks such as totes, aprons, cinch sacks, and more!
